Shipping
At Witching Hour Cosmetics, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
All orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (AEST) will be shipped on the next business day.
In the unlikely event that your order cannot be dispatched the same day, you will be notified and your order will be shipped on the following business day.
Australia
All Australian orders are shipped via Sendle.
We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $50 AUD.
For orders under $50 AUD, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $13 AUD.
Delivery times are estimated only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Important Information
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather events, or peak shipping periods.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, worn, or tested cosmetic products, lashes, or beauty items.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect shade selection, or products that have been opened, used, or tested.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue so we can review it.
If a product is found to have a problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If a product is confirmed to have a problem, any reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
